MORRIS COUNTY, NJ – Lackawanna Sail & Power Squadron will teach America’s Boating Course, an approved safe boating course, on four Tuesday nights, starting February 9, 2010 at the Montville Township Public Library. Classes run from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Students receive the certificate required in New Jersey to operate a power vessel or personal watercraft (PWC).
